Dr. N. Thao N. Galván receives Professional Educator Appreciation Award
Dr. N. Thao N. Galván has received a Professional Educator Appreciation Award (PEAR) award from the 91¹ú²úÊÓƵ Curriculum Committee Student Representatives. The PEAR awards were recently founded by BCM students to recognize their teachers and faculty for excellence in teaching, mentorship, and/or for outstanding general assistance and inspiration.
Dr. Galván is an assistant professor of surgery in the Division of Abdominal Transplantation in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at 91¹ú²úÊÓƵ who specializes in adult and pediatric liver and kidney transplantations.
